Double for Smith

Neil Smith won both the singles and doubles at this years US Open Championships at  the Boston T&R. He defeated Guy Devereux 15/0,3/15,15/5,15/3 to win the singles and they combined to beat David Makey and Ryan Tulley 13/16 15/5,15/9,15/5 to win the doubles. Smith beat John Prenn 3/0 in the semi finals and Devereux defeated David Makey by the same margin. The doubles provided the closest matches Smith and Devevereux wining a tight match  9/15,15/6,12/15,15/12,15/5 against james Coyne and Todd Meringoff and Tulley and Makey beating Prenn and Alastair Orchard 15/10,15/12,11/15,12/15,15/4. Smith beat Makey to win the US Pro Singles and suffered his only defeat of the weekend when he and Christopher Scott lost the Pr-Am doubles to Mark Agate and Ryan Tulley .
